Delivery Policy

Wherever possible we aim to dispatch goods on the same, or following, working day of receipt of the order. 

Goods will be dispatched according to the service selected by you during your checkout process.  Delivery times may vary slightly, however if there are any significant delays with a delivery please do not hesitate to contact us, we will do all we can to assist you. 

*Please Note - If dispatch time is critical on a given day, please contact us directly and we will do all we can to accommodate your requirements.

Delivery Services Times*

UK Services:

1st Class - Average delivery time within 1-3 working days.  Available for goods up to 2kg.

Special Delivery - Next working day service (delivery before 1pm).  Available for goods up to 2kg.

Parcel Force (including timed services) - Next working day.  Available for goods up to 90kg.

UPS - Next working day for business addresses.  Residential address delivery times not guaranteed.  Available for goods up to 90kg.

International Services (Time dependant on location):

Unregistered Airmail -  Average delivery time 4-10 days. Available for Close European Countries Only.  Suitable for small, low value items which do not require a registered delivery service.  A non-guaranteed service, use at your own risk!  Available for goods up to 500g.

Registered Airmail - Average delivery time 4-10 days.  Available for goods up to 2kg.

Parcel Force International - Average delivery time 2-10 days.  Available for goods up to 90kg.

UPS International - Average delivery time 2-5 days.  Available for goods up to 90kg.

*All delivery times are based on our carriers delivery estimates.  Whilst we can guarantee our own timely dispatch of our goods, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that the carrier will deliver according to their advertised timescales.

Please Note - Inspect all packages carefully on arrival.  If there is any sign of damage this must be noted on the couriers delivery paperwork.  Nine Circles cannot claim for or be held responsible for any damage to the goods inside the package if the parcel is not noted as damaged on receipt.

Collect From Store - This is for goods which are to be picked up from our UK offices.  Orders for collection would usually be ready to pick up by 10.30am on the working day following the date of order.  Our opening hours for collection are from 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.  Please Note - We do not have a shop or showroom and visits to view our products are by appointment only, however collections only of orders do not require an appointment

Returns Policy

Nine Circles can offer an exchange or refund on goods returned to us within 30 days of receipt of payment.

Please include a copy of your original invoice, along with a notation to confirm how you would like to proceed.

Any products that are to be returned to Nine Circles must be sent back in perfect, unused condition, ready for immediate resale and with the following details adhered to:

 • Free from dirt & debris, especially pet hair.

 • Free from odour i.e. cigarette smoke, cooking smells etc.

 • Correctly folded to prevent incorrect creasing.

 • Appropriately packaged to prevent unwanted disturbance of the garment in transit.

Products that are not returned in perfect condition may be subject to a handling and pressing fee of £5.00 + VAT, or in extreme circumstances a refund or exchange may be refused and the item(s) returned to sender.

If you wish to exchange items please confirm the product and size/colour variations you need in exchange.
 
If you wish to receive a refund for goods please inform us in writing and let us know the reason for your request.

Hakama Returns Policy

Any Hakama that are to be returned to Nine Circles must be sent back in perfect, unused condition, ready for immediate resale and with the following details adhered to:

 • White tracking threads intact.

 • Hakama ties in their original binding.

 • Free from all dirt & debris, especially pet hair.

 • Free from odour i.e. cigarette smoke, cooking smells etc.

 • Correctly folded to prevent incorrect creasing.

 • Appropriately packaged to prevent unwanted disturbance of the garment in transit.

To test the length of the Hakama it is not necessary to remove the bands and ties of the Himo (ties) or white tracking threads.  The length can be tested by holding the base of the Koshi Ita (back plate) level with the position it will sit when tied.  The Hakama can even be stepped into with all bindings and threads intact to test for length.
