    A great way to get a more realistic, "sword-y" feel of one's bokuto. Iaido beginners will find practice twice as productive when using a saya like this. It's also highly recommended to purchase the PT-4 tsuba to go with it, since it can "slide" inside the saya and keep the sword secure. That said, there's chance that the saya's opening might be a tad too narrow, and need to be widened manually. That's a few minutes of work at best, though, and the saya will serve faithfully for years. Rated four stars, for "It has everything I was looking for".
