Beautiful bokutou, ugly staining. The first thing I do when I purchase one is to remove all the paint it has, so that impact won't leave very visible marks on it. Rated 4 stars for "Meets expectations for the price".

Very fast delivery, as another has already said; ordered monday evening and hot to me by wednesday. Very pleased. As for the Bokuto; very good quality, finish and weight. Ideal for my Kendo/ Iaido. For the price, you could not ask for a more 'solid' Bokuto.

Good value product for entry level bokken. Purchased on behalf of another to replace one I split into two practicing Kashima Shinnyo-ryu aiki-ken. The bokken that broke was clearly unmaintained by the dried out look. But I felt it proper to at least make a replacement... that's karma neh?
