We ship orders from Germany using reliable international carriers. Below you can find the typical transit times to EU destinations for our standard shipping partners: Royal Mail and Parcel Force.

All shipping times are averages and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Suggested delivery times are approximate and we cannot guarantee delivery timescales.

All times are estimated working days (Monday–Friday) from dispatch date (not from the order date) and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Dispatch time is 1-2 working days from order date (for non-customised products).

Delivery may take longer due to:

- Public holidays in the origin or destination country

- Remote or island regions

- Weather or operational disruptions

- Customs or security checks (where applicable)

- Carriers do not guarantee standard transit times.
