These cotton underwear are an optional lightweight layer worn beneath the Kendo Gi.
Often favoured by female practitioners, Shitagi (also know as Juban), both preserve dignity and can prolong the lifetime of the Kendogi by reducing the need to wash the outer Gi as often.
Cross reference your height and weight to see our sizing recommendation. If you are on the edge of a size bracket we typcially advise choosing the smaller of the two size options.
