In these difficult times our thoughts and wishes are with you all.  We wanted to let you know how Nine Circles are working through the crisis and any updates to our status will be published here.

NINE CIRCLES HEADQUARTERS

Following government guidance we are working from home where possible and a running a skeleton staff to best protect our team.  We are closed for visitors and cannot offer a collect from store delivery option at this time.  As soon as we can change this situation we will be able to book visits and offer pick up services again.

ONLINE ORDERING SERVICE

We are shipping orders out as normal currently.  Our warehouse team are working in shifts to send goods regularly, create your customised items and to continue our regular fast, efficient delivery service so you can still get your kit, ready for your return to the Dojo in the coming months.

DELIVERY SERVICES

We are monitoring delivery services on a daily basis.  At this time we are shipping to all locations as normal, however, please note that most couriers have suspended their normal delivery time guarantees.  That means that it may take a few more days for your parcel to arrival than usual and it is likely thank your delivery agent will be using adapted delivery methods for proof of delivery.

We are currently sending goods out from our warehouse on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays only.
