This long, double handed, octagonal white oak Bokken is a superb training weapon.

Made from top quality Shiro Kashi, these rare and exceedingly heavy Suburi Bokken are not only for strength training, but also for Jushin training (the development of the centre and of rooting). Approximate weight 1650g* (*Natural materials will vary in weight between individual pieces).
